Refund Policy

All document-generation tools on FreeBillKit are completely free to use. There is no charge, no subscription, and no account required to create or download any document. Therefore, no refunds apply to the use of our tools.

Paid services

In the future, FreeBillKit may offer paid services such as guest posting, link insertions, advertising placements, or sponsored content. This refund policy will apply to those services:

• Guest posting & link services: Because these involve editorial work and permanent placements, refunds are only available before work has started. Once an article is published or a link is placed, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
• Advertising: Ad placements are billed in advance. Unused portions of a prepaid campaign may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled with 7 days' notice.
• Refund requests: Email hello@freebillkit.com with your order details. We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.
