How to use this Word invoice template

  1. Download and open the .docx in Microsoft Word (or Google Docs / LibreOffice).
  2. Replace “Your Business Name”, the address and the client details.
  3. Add a line per item with the quantity and rate, then type the amounts.
  4. Fill in the subtotal, tax and total.
  5. Save, or export as PDF, and send it to your client.
